Swiss technology company Enclustra plans to debut at the Global Space Technology Convention & Exhibition (GSTCE) 2026 in Singapore, where it will demonstrate satellite-related applications of reconfigurable hardware spanning radar sensing, AI-driven analytics and optical communications.
The company said it will appear at the event alongside technology partners Array Labs, Transcelestial and Makarena Labs, positioning the collaborations around earth observation (EO), satellite communications and onboard processing use cases.
In a planned showcase with Array Labs, Enclustra said it will present a radar sensor technology solution designed for satellite deployment. The demonstrator is based on Enclustra’s Andromeda XZU65 System-on-Module and ST5 base board, and is intended to highlight signal processing and adaptability in a compact platform.
The company said a “live” demonstration will feature a real-time wideband RF signal chain with more than 3 GHz of instantaneous bandwidth.
A separate demonstration involves Singapore-based Transcelestial, which Enclustra described as developing laser-based communications for high-speed data links across satellite and terrestrial networks. Enclustra said the work is aimed at supporting next-generation communications infrastructure.
Makarena Labs, described as an edge AI and machine learning specialist, is expected to demonstrate real-time inference integrated with Enclustra’s FPGA platforms for “intelligent on-board data processing” in smart city and aerospace applications.
Enclustra CEO Phillip Bächtold said the company is focused on moving “from experimental deployments to commercially viable solutions” by delivering FPGA platforms that combine performance, flexibility and efficiency.
The company linked its GSTCE participation to a broader industry discussion around EO adoption, saying that despite advances in analytics and AI, many customers remain hesitant to adopt insight-as-a-service models due to issues including unclear return on investment, integration complexity and misaligned commercial incentives.
Enclustra said it has established a regional headquarters in Singapore and announced plans to recruit about 100 staff across design engineering, sales and marketing over the next four years.
GSTCE 2026 is scheduled for 13–14 May 2026 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. Enclustra said it will be exhibiting at Booth C18.
