
The Andy Thomas Space Foundation has announced the program for the 18th Australian Space Forum to be held in Adelaide on July 15 – 16, 2025.
The program features a plenary day filled with discussion and opportunities for industry to gain an understanding of the current space landscape as well as upcoming opportunities. The sessions will uncover the state of space from critical perspectives, provide briefing updates on defence-aligned projects and enable the industry to receive updates on upcoming International Astronautical Congress opportunities.
The program also features a track session day highlighting a number of key technical sessions and workshops, ensuring that each delegate has access to tangible takeaways and opportunities to further their space industry interests.
There will be 12 sessions across three tracks, providing a range of subject specific panels, workshops and seminars to ensure there is a topic to support the expertise for each and every delegate.
From Emergency Management through a case study of Cyclone Alfred, to Biosecurity and International Space Policy, Hypersonics, an opportunity to unpack the US Space Force Joint Commercial Operations and everything in between – delegates will be able to deep dive into a range of current and future national and international space projects.
The Space Forum will also run a Space Passport Program that provides an opportunity for students to learn more about space career pathways through direct engagement with leaders from across the Australian industry.
