Chris Flaherty –
Chris Flaherty authored the Terrorism Research Center’s report – Dangerous Minds (2012). He was the co-primary author, along with Robert J. John Blaxland –
Dr John Blaxland is a Professor of International Security and Intelligence Studies at the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre at ANU. Russell Boyce –

The present : as Director of UNSW Canberra Space, I drive the vision, strategy and development of Australia’s leading space capability. Currently some 25 faculty, science, engineering, postdoc and PhD students, we will reach a team of 40 by the end of 2017. Our focus is miniature satellite based science and technology, coupling technologies such as quantum communications, on-board processing, reconfigurable payloads, and laser-based and hyperspectral sensors, with world-class space engineering – and underpinned by equally world-class research and teaching.
Jacinta Carroll –
Jacinta Carroll is Senior Research Fellow, Counter-Terrorism and Social Cohesion at the ANU National Security College, and was previously the inaugural Head of ASPI’s Counter Terrorism Policy Centre.
Jacinta has held a variety of Senior Executive appointments in the Australian Government, and worked in the Department of Defence and the Attorney-General’s Department. Her career experience includes working on national security, counter-terrorism, strategic policy, border security, military operations, campaign planning and scenario development. She has expertise in information management and international policy with a particular focus on the Middle East and Afghanistan.

Dr John Coyne –
John was the inaugural head of ASPI’s Border Security Program, and more recently established the North and Australia’s Security.
He is the author of the ‘The Role of Strategic Intelligence in law Enforcement’ and has published widely on policing, national security and organised crime.
Since commencing at ASPI John has conducted field research on Mexican organised crime, biosecurity, regional coastguards, border security, people smuggling, illicit drugs, corruption and foreign bribery, regional intelligence sharing and ASEAN economic integration. He has authored numerous research publications and provided expert commentary to media and news outlets.

As STO of MIC 23 BN Sqn he got CAS commendation in 1993 and as CO AFLE, Korwa received best AFLE award for 2000-01 from HQ MC Ae CEO he ensured the desired levels of maintenance support during the conduct of two exercises i.e. Ex-SINDEX at Singapore in Dec 06 and Ex-INDRA-DHANUSH in Jul 07 at Waddington, UK. At BRD, as Chief of Aircraft, his meticulous planning and optimum spare management he ensured MiC-23 and MiC-29 ac production task and successful implementation of ‘Lean Engineering Practices’ in consultation with lIT, Kharagpur.
