Sydney-based space startup Arlula is integrating its GeoStack into Saber Astronautics’ Space Application Marketplace for the US Space Force. Arlula says the partnership marks a significant milestone in advancing satellite imagery access and enhancing operational efficiency for the Space Force.
The collaboration also highlights the ability of non-US entities and US partners to augment the capabilities available to the US Space Force. Arlula’s GeoStack offers on-demand tasking and access to an extensive satellite imagery archive, providing customers with a comprehensive situational awareness.
“By combining Arlula’s advanced earth observation infrastructure within Saber Astronautics’ Space Cockpit, users are able to effortlessly acquire and manage satellite imagery on an unprecedented scale,” said Arlula CEO Sebastian Chaoui. “This will help to redefine how we secure land, air and space domains.”
Founded in 2018 and backed by Lockheed Martin Ventures, Arlula’s core business is providing access to satellite images at scale. Saber is a Colorado-based space technology company specialising in mission control software, space operations, and spacecraft autonomy.
“Embedding Arlula’s Earth observation app directly into our Space Cockpit represents a monumental leap forward in situational awareness and operational agility,” said Saber Astronautics CEO Jason Held. “It merges real-time, actionable satellite imagery within live space operations, greatly enhancing decision-making and strategic responsiveness in a dynamic space environment.”
