AICRAFT Signs Collaboration Agreement with Korea’s CONTEC Space Optics

South Australian artificial intelligence company AICRAFT has inked a collaboration with CONTEC Space Optics to deliver ultra-high-speed edge computing modules for CSO’s advanced space telescopes.

CONTEC Space Optics is renowned for designing, integrating, and delivering advanced optical payloads for surveillance, reconnaissance, and Earth observation missions.

AICRAFT will design and manufacture an upgraded version of its standard Pulsar edge computing modules to support ultra-high-speed processing to complement CSO’s advanced optical systems. This will provide greatly improved data management and analysis capabilities directly on the satellite. The two modules that were ordered will handle vast amounts of imaging data efficiently, reducing latency and enabling real-time insights for critical missions.
