Kallman Worldwide, Inc., is marking its 20-year presence at the Avalon Airshow 2025 with events highlighting innovation, collaboration, and the next generation of aerospace and defence leaders. Kallam is organizing the USA Partnership Pavilion at the Airshow.

With 59 exhibiting American companies, the USA Partnership Pavilion is expected to be one of the largest contingents of country pavilions at the show. In addition to organizing a large national presence, Kallman Worldwide will also host events that range from meet and greets with astronauts to industry briefing sessions and an award ceremony celebrating future STEM leaders.

The events kick-off with afternoon tea with astronauts on March 24 between 1.30 – 3.30 p.m. in Melbourne. The fundraising event will bring together industry leaders, government representatives, students, educators, and the larger community to celebrate and support the Endeavour Scholarship Foundation. There will be an opportunity to meet space legends Apollo 16’s Charlie Duke and the space shuttle’s Mike Bloomfield during an unforgettable afternoon of inspiration and STEM insights.

The next day, Kallman Worldwide will host the official opening ceremony of the USA Partnership Pavilion in partnership with Boeing and Lockheed Martin Australia. The Opening Ceremony will take place on March 25, between 10:30 – 11:00 a.m. at The Forum in Hall 3. This prestigious gathering will feature remarks from high-ranking US and Australian officials, followed by a ceremonial ribbon-cutting and photo opportunities. Invited guests of honour include:

  • Erika Olson, Chargé d’Affaires of the US Embassy;
  • Lieutenant General Laura Lenderman, Deputy Commander of the Pacific Air Forces;
  • Lieutenant General Susan Coyle, Chief of Joint Capabilities; and
  • Brigadier General Charlie Duke, Apollo 16 Lunar Module Pilot.

The ceremony will kick off the participation of 59 exhibiting American companies, showcasing cutting-edge aerospace, defense, and security technologies. This presence underscores the commitment of US industry leaders to fostering innovation, trade, and strategic partnerships in the Indo-Pacific region.

As part of its commitment to shaping the future of STEM, Kallman Worldwide will also host a special ceremony recognizing the next generation of aerospace leaders. The Astronaut Al Worden Endeavour Scholarship Award ceremony will take place on March 26 between 2:00 – 3:00 p.m at The Forum in Hall 3.

Moonwalker astronaut Charlie Duke (Apollo 16) and astronauts Mike Bloomfield (STS-86, 97, & 110) and Katherine Bennell-Pegg, will be present to congratulate the four Australian secondary students and STEM teacher selected for this prestigious scholarship. These recipients will travel to Space Camp USA later in the year, continuing the legacy of Apollo 15 astronaut Al Worden by inspiring young minds to reach for the stars. Past scholarship alumni will also be in attendance to share their experiences.

The Endeavour Scholarship provides life-changing opportunities for students and teachers to engage in immersive STEM learning experiences, fostering the next generation of aerospace and technology pioneers. The event is hosted by Kallman Worldwide in partnership with AMDA and Space Camp.
