Cohort Group Takes Latest Defence Technology to Indo Pacific 2025

Cohort plc will be showcasing the latest defence technology from five of its seven specialist businesses at Indo Pacific in Sydney, Australia 4 – 6 November 2025.

The Group’s subsidiaries – ELAC SONAR, SEA, EID, EM Solutions and Chess Dynamics – will be demonstrating their maritime defence solutions across areas including surveillance, communications, and anti-submarine warfare.

Cohort’s presence at the event underlines the Group’s commitment to supporting partners and customers in the strategically critical region of the Indo Pacific, where advancements in defence capability and technology are key to maintaining security and stability.

As part of the event programme, Andy will deliver a presentation titled “Agile defence technology to address emerging threats in the Indo Pacific” on Thursday 6th at 14:00 (AEST). The session will examine the evolving maritime threat landscape and challenges posed by anti-ship missiles, drones, and autonomous surface and sub-surface vessels. It will also explore how democratic nations can respond to these growing security risks through the application of agile, technology-driven solutions that strengthen maritime resilience and protect global trade routes.
