Chief Fluid Systems Pty Ltd has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Fairbanks Morse Defense (FMD) at Indo-Pacific 2025, strengthening its role in Australia’s Marine and Naval sectors.
Under the agreement, Chief Fluid Systems has been appointed as FMD’s authorised distributor in Australia for Hunt Valve and fittings products. The company will be responsible for the distribution, servicing, and support of these products across both surface and sub-surface maritime platforms.
The new partnership ensures Australian naval and maritime operators have dependable access to critical fluid-handling components and local technical expertise. By combining Fairbanks Morse Defense’s global engineering experience with Chief Fluid Systems’ strong domestic service network, the collaboration enhances Australia’s sovereign industrial capability and maritime readiness.
