ANT61 set to scale

ANT61 has been selected for Techstars Space Accelerator, one of the world’s most prominent space business accelerator programs.

ANT61 has developed the ANT61 Beacon, a compact module that gives satellites an independent communications lifeline. It is also equipped with sensors and a power source and can perform recovery manoeuvres in the event of satellite failure. The device helps operators prevent costly mission loss by maintaining real-time telemetry and command links, even if the main satellite systems fail.

“Space is critical infrastructure, but it’s still too fragile,” said Founder and CEO, Mikhail Asavkin. “With Techstars’ backing, we’re now growing our distribution network for the US space technology supply chain.”

Already flight-proven and generating revenue, ANT61 is using the program to expand internationally, secure strategic partners, and prepare for rapid growth in a space economy projected to exceed USD 1 trillion by 2040.

“ANT61 solves a key vulnerability in satellite operations,” said Gabriel Schlumberger, Managing Director at Techstars Space Accelerator. “We’re excited to support their growth as they bring mission resilience to the global space sector.”
